E! News said Hemsley's death has been classified as natural based on his medical history
(UPI) - The El Paso (Texas) Medical Examiner's Office says actor Sherman Hemsley died of natural causes and no autopsy will be conducted.
The star of the classic sitcoms "The Jeffersons" and "Amen" died Tuesday at his home in Texas. He was 74.
E! News said Wednesday Hemsley's death has been classified as natural based on his medical history. However, specifically what type of health problems he suffered has not been publicly disclosed.
